The Lea Rowing Club currently has two areas for hire;

• Bar area (can seat 80 to 100).
• Hall area (can seat 180 to 200).

These areas can be hired for occasions on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year. These areas are used by the members of the Lea Rowing Club Monday to Thursday.

The costs of hiring our areas are;

• Bar area - £200.00.
• Hall area (excludes drapes) - £400.00.
• Hall area (includes drapes) - £500.00

Conditions of Hire

• A deposit of £100.00 cash will secure the hire of the area.
• The balance must be paid in cash at the beginning of the evening of the function.
• The hall is available from 7pm until midnight. If you would like an extension until 1am there will be an extra charge of £50.00 cash. If you would like to come into the hall prior to 7pm to set up decorations/food/etc this can be arranged.
• Your own wine can be brought to your function at a corkage cost of £3.00 per bottle.
• An additional refundable deposit is taken to cover damages and hire time overrun.
• No other alcohol can be brought into the hall.
• No candles can be used.
